When you don't have an Internet Connection
If you wish to install RetainPro on a computer without an Internet connection, download the installation file from www.retainpro.com/downloads. Save that file to a USB memory stick, burn it to a CD, etc.
After you install and launch, paste in your Product Control Code (PCC) but instead of doing an "Internet Activation" you need to click the Manual Activation button and follow the on-screen instructions.
