Using Web Update

From time to time we may need to issue updates to fix problems or enhance a feature, or add a new feature. On the Settings tab there is an option to configure the program to check for available updates automatically. If this option is selected and if an available update is discovered, you will be given the option to download and install the update.

There is also a button on that same dialog that allows you to perform an immediate check for updates.

If the automatic update feature does not work, probably due to updating from a much earlier release, go to www.retainpro.com/downloads and select "Download latest update" (top line), or select the option to download the full program (middle line). Then follow the instructions for updating or reinstalling.
