Manage Your License
RetainPro has been released in many upgraded versions over many years. Those version numbers are (from oldest) : 2, 3, 3.1, 4, 5, 6, 6.1, 2005, 2007, 9 and 10. Only the current software build is supported. No detailed technical support is available for any version but the current RetainPro major build.

Then…. - Send your questions to support@retainpro.com. Do not call.
- You MUST include your “KW” number and company name so we can verify you as a licensed user
- Include a detailed description of your question with screen captures as necessary. Please do not assume that we’ve seen what you are describing before…. RetainPro is very well tested.
- If you question a calculation result please identify the specific calculated value and please (1) Send your RetainPro data file and identify which calculation you are referring to and (2) provide a hand calculation or equivalent showing what you believe the result should be. Sending printouts with item circled, your own spreadsheet calculation or output from another software program is not acceptable.
